Great in practice but struggling in the game?
Love your abilities but your abilities aren't showing up?
Chances are, it's not your swing, it's your mind.
90% of hitting is how you feel when walking up to the plate...
...and hitting is about CONFIDENCE, so the question is "How do we create MORE confidence"?!
If baseball was about who has the most talent then every player drafted in the first round would play 10 years in the big leagues, but that's not what happens.
Baseball is mental. This is why you sometimes see a player who gets drafted in the 50th round or goes undrafted to sign as a free agent, play 10 years in the big leagues.
The mental side of baseball is so important it's mind-blowing.

After retiring with the Mets, scouting for the Diamond Backs and then becoming the former mental coach & big league scout for the Toronto Blue Jays (8 years)...
"...I realized one thing about baseball. Hitting is so mental it's mind-blowing."
I'm the former performance coach and scout for the Toronto Blue Jays and current scout for the Athletics.
I played over 14 years as a professional player and compiled over 1,600 hits between the minor league and major league levels with the Mets and Indians.
Currently, I travel the country sharing what I've learned after 30+ years in professional baseball as a player, agent, and scout.
My message is simple.
